Last night we had our last branch meeting for 2020. I would like to thank our two presenters, Joel Jackson from Sunshine Coast University Hospital who spoke about pulmonary function testing in Cardiac patients which stimulated a good discussion with all members. Next up, we had Dr Alex Ritchie from Queensland Respiratory Services who spoke on Severe Asthma and Biologics which gave us all a good insight into the decision making process and how best to treat this type of patient population. Lastly, I would like to thank our sponsor, Bird Healthcare for their support. The recordings from the branch meeting will be posted on the website in the coming days, so be sure to keep an eye out.
