The ANZSRS board invites all members to consider submitting an Expression of Interest to be involved in a working group to formulate a competency framework for obtaining an Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) sample. The goal for this working group is to develop a competency framework which will ensure a structured education and training program for ABG sampling. It is envisaged that this framework will ultimately improve patient outcomes for this test. For more information please find attached the Expression of Interest.
