The next Queensland branch meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 14 at 5:30pm. This meeting will be held at Queensland Children’s Hospital (6A Outpatient’s Department Meeting Room, Level 6). The main presentation will be from Dr. Adrian Barnett from Mater Hospital. Greenslopes Lung Function will also deliver a presentation titled 'Hepatopulmonary syndrome: a case study.' A Zoom link will be provided closer to the date for any members who would like to attend virtually. Where possible, I would encourage members in the Brisbane area to attend face-to-face. Our branch meetings are a great opportunity to network and catch up will colleagues (and of course there will be Pizza).
On another note, our Christmas party will be held on Friday evening, December 9. More details will be released shortly but for now save the date!
