Hello Visitor,
Thanks to all who joined either face-to-face or virtually for our recent branch meeting held on Wednesday, October 25th. We had 11 guests in person and many more guests online. A big thank you to our new meeting sponsor, BTC health, for the evening.
The guest speaker for the evening was Dr. Mahsa Mirdamadi from Royal Brisbane and women’s hospital. Dr. Mirdamadi facilitated a fantastic discussion on the practical tips for CPET (see attached slides). The scientist presentation for the evening was delivered by Aqeela Dawoodjee on behalf of Logan Hospital Respiratory Laboratory. She presented on the hot topic of E-cigarette or vaping product use-associated lung injury (EVALI) (see attached slides)
